HEJ!

My name is Björn Lexius. I am a photographer and seeker of the truth. 

My work is real. I am truly inspired by what I see through my lens and carried away by the genuine photography I create. What I look for is ephemeral. It is true emotions and a tiny fraction of lifelike movement. Sports, especially running and cycling, can convey both. But you have to pay great attention to timing, minutiae and context, which I do.

I am a photographer for many more reasons than just to make a living. Innately I used to be a rather angry and restless person. Photography has helped me to slow down and to find peace within myself. It is my outlet and my chance to unfold. After all, photography means freedom to me.  

I pursue honest sensations.

I long for the beauty in genuineness.

Ultimately, I am a seeker of the truth.
